We are approximately 100 initial members and officers of a non-profit civic organization for environmental concern duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) based in Jaro,Leyte,Philippines and intends to operate in the whole Eastern Visayas region.

Our main objectives and purposes are to help mitigate global warming or climate change within our coverage area, combat environmental degradation whether on land, seas, waterways, bodies of water or conduct such activities that help promote clean air and solid waste management system in coordination with concerned government agencies and the private sector.
We will also help in the relief and rehabilitation of victims of calamities or disasters whether natural or man-made, and act also as a charitable institution as our secondary objectives.
